DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Collection in Person
All items are available for FREE collection in person from Liverpool (L8 5XJ) by
arrangement. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Postable Items
We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce services for shipping, as we have found these to
be the most reliable.
Please note we only ship to UK destinations at present.
Large / Fragile Items
A. Personal delivery
– We offer our own FREE local delivery on larger / fragile / furniture items (to
addresses in Liverpool, L postcodes), where indicated in individual listings.
We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
– We can also deliver further afield for charge of £25 for destinations up to 60
miles of Liverpool, and £40 for destinations up to 100 miles of Liverpool.
B. Courier delivery
We can arrange for a trusted courier to deliver pieces of furniture, for UK mainland
delivery this will cost approximately £75 but prices may vary according to item and
delivery location.
NB this method is not suitable for fragile items, please contact us to discuss.
C. Courier pick up
You are welcome to arrange your own courier service to collect on your behalf.
Please note items will NOT be packed for delivery, so ensure that your courier will
blanket wrap / provide their own packing service.
RETURNS
– If you are not happy with your purchase from us, we offer a 14-day return
service. Refunds will NOT include the cost of your return postage to us, and
all items must be returned to us in the same condition as sold, within 14 days
of receipt. Contact us to let us know that you will be returning an item.
– If any item arrives damaged, please photograph and contact us immediately
for help, so that we can organise a refund or suitable replacement item for
you.
OUR STANDARDS AND SUSTAINABILITY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, but this may be longer if we
have to organise bespoke packaging or courier services.
We will always contact you to confirm and update shipping or collection
arrangements.
We will sometimes use a larger box and/or a more expensive parcel service to try to
ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.
When packing items, we try to recycle packaging materials, or use recyclable
packaging, as much as possible. We use biodegradable new bubble wrap, re-use
non-biodegradable bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard and packing paper, and we
reuse packing boxes where appropriate.
